  • Manufacturing agreements for drugs or medical products, with special attention to the unique requirements of the pharmaceutical fields.
  • Sourcing agreements between local biotech companies and multi-national companies for supply and delivery of biological materials, related materials and services with respect to trials, clinical trials and manufacturing.
  • Co-operation, collaborations and co-marketing agreements between local biotech companies or between local biotech companies and foreign pharmaceutical companies.
  • Special collaborations between local and foreign biotech companies under various international programs.
