Jonathan Zeloof is a partner in the firm’s Technology and Intellectual Property Group.

Jonathan advises and represents clients in a broad range of commercial, intellectual property and technology, and data and privacy transactions, both globally and domestically, and across a wide spectrum of industries and solutions (including ADAS and AV, e-commerce and marketing, artificial intelligence, cyber-security, IoT, semiconductor, and agriculture). Such transactions encompass software licensing (such as EULAs, Terms of Use, Terms of Service, and open source compliance), channel arrangements and similar strategic alliances and collaborations (including agency, OEM, distribution, and VAR agreements), hardware manufacturing and supply agreements, consulting and technology development arrangements, patent and know-how licensing, trademark and brand licensing, Privacy Policies and related privacy law compliance, as well as open source counselling and compliance. Jonathan also counsels on intellectual property and commercial issues in M&A and financing transactions.
