We have vast experience in advising clients as to the best and most cost-effective way to protect and enforce their rights globally, and use this experience to work with our clients to tailor the best solution that fits their strategic needs, taking into consideration their specific destination markets and financial means.
We file many trademark applications each year, both in Israel and abroad. In fact, we were one of the first Israeli law firms to submit a trademark application in Israel using the Madrid System. We assist our clients in determining the relevant list of goods and services, manage the prosecution process and respond to the office actions issued by the Israeli Trademarks Office during the examination of the marks.
We represent our clients in Opposition and Cancellation Actions in connection with the registration of their marks that take place in the Israeli Trademarks Office, as well as the recording of licenses and assignments.
We also provide trademark searches to check their availability for registration in Israel, and issue opinions related to the ability to register marks in the Israeli Register, as well as infringement opinions.
