Tali provides ongoing support and legal advice on a wide variety technology-related transactions, including licensing and commercial transactions, developments agreements, distribution agreements and other complex commercial agreements, as well as advertising and consumer-protection law issues. Over the years, Tali has also developed a reputation as a leading expert in Israeli privacy and data security and counsels dozens of Israeli and international companies on their Israeli privacy compliance, combining its vast experience in the commercial field with its experience in the privacy and data protection field.
