Administrative Law
Meitar works on behalf of its clients in all matters relating to Israeli governmental and regulatory authorities. The Administrative Law group’s capabilities include preparing and submitting applications for regulatory permits, ongoing advice on public tenders and representing clients in disputes involving government agencies. We have extensive experience in working with many government ministries and sub-agencies, including the Ministries of Defense, Finance, Communications, Health, Transportation, Energy and Water, as well as the Ministry of Economy, which has under its jurisdiction the Israeli Investment Centre and the Office of the Chief Scientist.
Members of our Administrative Law group are sought after speakers and advisors on proposed legislation and several group members have gained valuable experience in this area from their service in the public sector.
