Meitar advises its clients as to the regulatory requirements of the Ministries of Health and Agriculture to help them advance their interests within these ministries. Our work in this field includes import/export restrictions, registration of pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals and medical devices, and the distribution of medical and agricultural products. We have also advised clients on issues relating to the proper performance of clinical trials (such as informed consent, Helsinki requirements and protection of patients’ genetic data) and field tests for agrochemicals.
