Doron Stern is a partner in the firm’s corporate and securities group.
Doron’s main areas of practice are high-tech, venture capital funds, start-ups and M&A.
Doron advises venture capital funds and technology companies on corporate, business, and tax matters, as well as on general commercial law. He also addresses other international matters, including trusts and estates, off-shore matters, international dual tax treaties and international commercial transactions.
