• Representation of the founders of Excellence Investment in NIS 814 million claim against the Phoenix Insurance Company, with regard to enforcement of purchase agreement in one of the largest civil actions in Israeli history.
• Representation of Medinol against Boston Scientific in a cross-border dispute over breach of shareholders’ agreement, distribution agreement and breach of intellectual property rights, conducted in New York, Europe and Israel.
• Representation of Babcock & Brown Aircraft Management in a lawsuit filed by El Al Israel Airlines regarding alleged breach of a Boeing 747-400 sale contract.
• Representation of the Republic of Bulgaria before the Supreme Court of Israel in an appeal relating to an international arbitration proceeding.
• Representation of Israeli Oil Refineries in a series of claims in excess of NIS 200 million, concerning sludge accumulated in an oil storage facility.
• Representation of Lumenis, an Israeli medical device hi-tech company, in a claim against Alma Lasers, and four of its founders for damages in the amount of NIS 200 million for infringement of copyrights and misappropriation of trade secrets.
• Representation of Harel Insurance Company against Ness Technologies (a leading IT Services company in Israel) in a multimillion dollar arbitration regarding breach of IT contract.
• Representation of Oneil Building in a NIS 60 million claim, against the Israel Land Administration and the Tel Aviv Municipality, concerning purchase of rights and building rights in an exclusive residential project in Tel Aviv (Rova Lev Ha’ir project).
• Defense of a major telecommunication equipment producer in a NIS 50 million claim by Bezeq (the Israeli Telecommunication Company) for breach of a supply contract.
• Representation of Savient (formerly BioTechnology General) in its protracted patent dispute with Genentech.
• Representation of Israel Oil Refineries in a series of cases against the Israeli Government in the Supreme Court pertaining to oil prices.
• Defense of a large multinational life science company against a claim by its former Israeli distributor.
• Defense of a large manufacturer of water treatment products against a royalty claim by the inventor of its key product.
