Regularly recognized as a leading international arbitration practice, Meitar has handled international disputes for Israeli and foreign clients in various jurisdictions and across many industries, including foodtech, medical equipment, aerospace, infrastructure projects, aviation, oil and gas and M&A related disputes. The team has handled arbitrations in Israel, in the UK, the Netherlands, New York, Paris and Switzerland. It regularly handles ad-hoc arbitrations as well as arbitrations administered by all major arbitral institutions, such as the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Center for Arbitration and Dispute Resolution, the Israeli Institute of Commercial Arbitration, the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the Swiss Arbitration Centre and the American Arbitration Association.
