Ofira Elcabetz-Rotstein is a partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department at Meitar.

Ofira specializes in criminal, military, and security litigation, white-collar offenses, public and constitutional law, as well as privacy, information, cyber, and artificial intelligence.

Ofira represents and advises corporations, officers, and individuals in criminal and administrative proceedings, sensitive investigations, hearings, and proceedings before judicial bodies and enforcement and regulatory authorities. Ofira also handles public, constitutional, and commercial litigation, including petitions to the Supreme Court sitting as the High Court of Justice, representation before state commissions of inquiry, and State Comptroller audit proceedings.

Ofira has 27 years of experience in the Military Advocate General’s Corps, during which she held a series of senior positions in both prosecution and defense.

Ofira is also a certified Data Protection Officer (DPO) on behalf of the Privacy Protection Authority, and advises on privacy, data protection, cyber, and artificial intelligence. She is active in professional forums in the fields of criminal, military, and constitutional law, and leads the legislation portfolio of the Military and Security Committee of the Israel Bar Association.
