Elia Abada is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Local Authorities Department.
Elia has extensive experience in providing comprehensive legal support and managing the full scope of legal services for the firm’s clients, including large public bodies, municipal and public corporations, non-profit organizations, public benefit companies (PBCs), and government companies. Her work covers a wide range of legal matters, including ongoing strategic legal counseling, litigation and representation before various judicial forums, drafting complex agreements, preparing legal opinions, and providing legal advice in multiple fields—among them labor law, administrative law, contract law, and public tenders law. She also advises on senior executive recruitment processes and related matters.
