Our team

Jason Schnier is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Project Finance Group. His practice is focused on advising developers, project companies, sponsors and lenders on a variety of domestic and cross-border transactions, primarily in the energy, infrastructure and natural resources sectors. Jason’s experience includes various forms of project and corporate financings, as well as M&A and joint venture arrangements and commercial contracts. Prior to joining Meitar, Jason was an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and Latham & Watkins LLP in New York. He received his undergraduate degree from Harvard College and his law degree from Columbia Law School, where he won the Ruth Bader Ginsburg Prize and served on the Columbia Law Review. Following graduation from law school, Jason served as a law clerk at the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
