Ronen Ziv is a partner in the litigation group and acts for foreign and domestic clients in Israeli large scale litigation proceedings in a wide range of private, commercial and administrative litigation, including contractual disputes, tort litigation, shareholders disputes and corporate litigation, with special focus on commercial disputes and class action proceedings (primarily in the fields of product liability, consumer protection and homologation).

Ronen specializes in civil and commercial litigation and appears regularly before courts of all instances, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings.

Ronen also specializes in the field of pharmaceutical law and represents a number of multinational pharmaceutical companies in matters involving product liability, regulation, labor law, tort law and class actions.

Ronen Ziv is Co-chairman of class action committee of the Israeli bar and Member of ethics committee – Tel Aviv district bar.
