Shay Zaguri is a Senior Associate specializes in providing legal counsel for complex, large-scale projects in the fields of technology, civil engineering, construction, and infrastructure in Israel and abroad. Shay guides clients throughout the entire project lifecycle – from drafting and reviewing complex commercial agreements (EPC agreements, design agreements, construction agreements) to managing strategic negotiations with contractors, developers, consultants, planners, suppliers, and manufacturers.

In addition, Shay advises clients on a range of business and commercial matters, including corporate and regulatory aspects, drafting and reviewing agreements with business partners, employees, and suppliers, and supporting strategic transactions across various commercial sectors, including real estate, hospitality, and retail.
