David Shulchani is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Technology Group.

David has over 6 years of global experience as a legal counsel in a knowledge-intensive environment. Well experienced in both national and global tech-oriented collaborations, such as consortia formation, tech transfer, licensing and collaborative research, with a focus on IP strategy, commercial law, research and development. Extensive experience in all legal matters associated with governmental incentive programs.
Prior to joining Meitar, David served as a Legal Counsel at the Technion Research and Development Foundation.
