Ori Rosen is a partner in Meitar’s Corporate and Securities Group.

Ori’s practice encompasses a variety of general corporate matters, focusing on complex commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing, emerging growth companies and public offerings. His experience includes, among others, representation of issuers and underwriters in offerings in Israel and abroad; representing sellers and buyers in cross-border mergers and acquisitions; advising foreign clients on Israeli-law related matters; and representation of parties to complex commercial transactions, such as strategic alliances and domestic and international development and licensing arrangements.

A graduate of Tel Aviv University and the University of Michigan Law School and a member of the Israeli and the New York State Bar Associations, Ori joined Meitar after establishing a leading technology practice in another firm and founding his own boutique corporate law firm, as well as serving as an executive in key positions at several companies.

Ori has been selected by peers as one of the top high-tech lawyers in Israel and has been repeatedly recognized for establishing and leading “one of [Israel’s] leading hi-tech practices” (European Legal 500), a firm that “people will go with… to benefit from Rosen’s expertise”(Chambers Global).
