Shir Dahan is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Department.
Shir advises international and domestic clients, including technology companies and venture capital funds, on a wide range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and capital financing. In addition, Shir provides ongoing advice on corporate and securities law.
