Adi Blumenthal Yaari is a partner in the firm’s Technology and IP Group.

Adi represents and counsels high-tech and bio-tech companies, providing them with legal advice on business, commercial and intellectual property matters. Adi advises clients in a wide range of transactions, including strategic cooperation agreements, various commercial agreements, such as licensing, research and development, manufacturing, sales and distribution, clinical trial agreements and agreements related to the healthcare and life science industries.

Prior to joining Meitar, Adi served for 6 years in the Military Advocate General’s Corps of the Israel Defense Forces. During that period, Adi served as a legal advisor in the International Law Department, a prosecutor and a legal advisor for Judea and Samaria. Adi also served as a teaching and research assistant at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem Faculty of Law.
