Amit Yogev Feldman is an associate in the firm’s Employment and Benefits Group.
Amit advises domestic and and international corporations, companies and venture funds on a wide range of labor law matters, including employment, consulting and services agreements, employee benefits and termination procedures, and represents clients on employment law aspects of commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments.
