Pinni Yaniv is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Group. Pinni’s expertise and main area of practice is insolvency proceedings and restructurings. He has extensive experience in representing Israeli and international creditors in all types of legal proceedings. Pinni has been involved in many of the largest bankruptcy and reorganization cases in Israel.

Pinni also has extensive experience in litigation and alternative dispute resolution, with an emphasis on representing banking corporations in legal proceedings in Israel.

Pinni has been repeatedly ranked as a highly recommended individual by the Legal 500 Europe, IFLR 1000, Middle East & Africa Guide and the European Legal Experts Guide in the fields of dispute resolution and in corporate and M&A.
