Shir Stott is a partner in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group.

Shir represents private and publicly-traded corporations, venture capital funds, private equity funds and individual entrepreneurs in a wide variety of international and domestic corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments, debt and equity financings, joint ventures and strategic collaborations, technology-related transactions and other corporate transactions. Shir also advises to international and domestic clients with respect to a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.
