Our team

Jason Schnier is a Partner in the firm’s Project Finance and Banking and Finance Groups. His practice is focused on domestic and cross-border project financings as well as venture lending, acquisition financing, asset based lending and general corporate finance.

Prior to joining Meitar, Jason was an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and Latham & Watkins LLP in New York. He received his undergraduate degree from Harvard College and his law degree from Columbia Law School, where he won the Ruth Bader Ginsburg Prize and served on the Columbia Law Review. Following graduation from law school, Jason served as a law clerk at the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
