In the course of his long professional career, Izzy acquired vast experience and led complex domestic and international transactions in a number of commercial law areas of practice, providing legal advice to large-scale projects in the fields of technology, construction and infrastructure both in Israel and abroad.
In the recent years, Izzy successfully led numerous complex M&A transactions, including representation of Australian capital owners and investment funds, representation of the leading companies and funds in acquisition/investment transactions in both domestic and foreign companies, as well as representation of agricultural irrigation corporations. Izzy provided advice and representation in large-scale infrastructure and technology projects in Israel and worldwide, including the development of the Middle East’s largest semiconductor fabrication plants; an optical fiber manufacturing facility in Vietnam; a railcar manufacturing facility in Russia; development and upgrading airports and military facilities of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers; seawater desalination and irrigation projects; water infrastructure projects in Africa and Asia and more.
For over three decades of practicing law, Izzy has represented clients in complex litigation and arbitration proceedings in all instances in a range of civil and commercial law practice areas, including shareholder disputes, derivative actions, securities litigation, infrastructure projects related claims, etc.
