Izzy Holdstein is a Partner in the firm.

In the course of his long professional career, Izzy acquired vast experience and led complex domestic and international transactions in a Variety of commercial law areas of practice, providing legal advice to large-scale projects in the fields of technology, civil engineering, construction and infrastructure both in Israel and abroad.

In the recent years, Izzy successfully led numerous complex M&A transactions, including representation of Australian capital owners and investment funds, representation of private and public companies and funds in acquisition/investment transactions in both domestic and foreign companies, transaction for the acquisition of business, as well as representation of agricultural irrigation Kibbuts corporations. Izzy provided advice and representation in large-scale infrastructure, civil engineering and technology projects (including EPC, Design build, Turnkey lumpsum projects) in Israel, Africa, Asia and Europe, including the construction of the Middle East’s largest semiconductor fabrication plants; development and upgrading airports and military facilities of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers; desalination and irrigation projects; water infrastructure projects in Africa and Asia; energy projects (power plants) in Europe; and more.

For over three decades of practicing law, Izzy has represented clients in complex litigation and arbitration proceedings in all instances and in arbitrations in a wide range of civil and commercial law practice areas, including disputes over control in companies, derivative actions, litigation involving securities laws, infrastructure projects related claims, etc.
