    Biography

Dr. Adi Grinapell is a Director at Meitar NY.

Adi advises technology companies on all aspects of a company’s life cycle – from establishment, through ongoing operations and business strategies, negotiation of debt and equity financing deals as well as commercial transactions, and up to M&A transactions. Adi also represents venture capital funds, angel investors, and strategic investors in a wide range of commercial transactions, including equity investments, M&A, joint ventures, and strategic collaborations.

Adi obtained a Doctorate from the University of Chicago Law School for her research on the legal and financial aspects of the increasing use of dual-class stock structures among technology companies, which allow founders of public companies to retain control while holding a minority of a company’s equity. Adi has received numerous research fellowships, and her articles have been published and cited in leading academic journals worldwide.
