Dr. Adi Grinapell is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group.

Adi advises technology companies on all aspects of the company’s life-cycle – from establishment, through ongoing operations and business strategies, via negotiations of debt and equity financing deals as well as commercial transactions, and up to M&A deals. Adi also represents venture capital funds, ‘angel’ investors, and strategic investors in various commercial transactions, including equity investments, M&A deals, joint ventures and strategic collaborations.

Adi obtained a Doctorate from the University of Chicago Law School, for her research on legal and financial aspects of the use of dual-class stock structures among technology companies; structures which enable founders of public companies to retain a lock on control while holding a minority of the company’s equity capital. Adi was a recipient of numerous fellowships and her articles were published in leading academic journals worldwide.
