Amira Asmaro Amara is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Group.

Amira has over 20 years of experience in complex litigation cases and contractual dispute resolution, including in the fields of gas, construction, entrepreneurship, and franchising. She is experienced in land allocation disputes between developers and the state, in joint property dissolution proceedings, in real estate disputes between private parties, in shareholder or partner disputes, and in lawsuits against corporate officers, including white-collar cases and class actions. Amira also has experience in advising and representing non-profit organizations.

In white-collar cases, Amira advises and represents suspects and defendants at all stages of the criminal process, from investigation to resolution through plea agreements or judicial decisions.

Amira represents clients in proceedings before all judicial instances, in arbitration proceedings, and

Before unique tribunals such as religious courts, military appeals committees (in real estate matters), and disciplinary committees.

Amira serves as an arbitrator at the Meitar Rapid Arbitration Center.

In 2015, Amira was selected for the “40 Under 40” promising young professionals list by The Marker and Globes.

Public and Social Activities:

• From 2009 to 2022, Amira served as a director and chair of the audit committee at Halamish, a government-municipal company for housing rehabilitation and neighborhood renewal in Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
• From 2005 to 2013, Amira was a member of the management board of the Tebeka Association, where she served for about two years as a member of the audit committee and for the remainder of the time as the association’s treasurer.

• Advising and representing former Prime Minister Ehud Olmert in the Talansky case.
• Advising and representing a company in a criminal proceeding on charges of money laundering and fraudulent use of invoices, concluding with a plea agreement.
• Advising and representing a gas company in a dispute regarding royalty rights.
• Advising and representing a government authority against a concessionaire.
• Advising and representing in joint property dissolution proceedings.
• Advising and representing in a dispute regarding a B.O.T. agreement for the construction of dormitories.
• Advising and representing a development company against the state – the Custodian of Abandoned and Government Property in Judea and Samaria regarding land allocation.
• Advising and representing a cooperative society in a dispute with the Israel Land Authority regarding land allocation.
• Advising and representing development companies in disputes with the Israel Land Authority regarding land allocation.
• Advising and representing a company in a dispute with cooperative societies regarding lease agreements.
• Advising a construction company in a dispute with residents of a luxury project.
• Advising and representing a company sued in the Kishon cases.
