Keren Alon is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Tax Group. Keren practice focuses on real estate taxation.

Keren has a broad experience in real estate taxation and particularly with respect to complex transactions, including urban renewal projects such as “Tama 38,” combination deals, unique land options, purchase groups etc.

Keren provides legal opinions and tax planning to leading companies and individuals, advising them on an ongoing basis on various tax issues. Keren assists her clients in preparation of reports and assessments, obtaining tax rulings and other arrangements with the Israel Tax Authority.

Keren represents both companies and individuals in negotiations with the Israel Tax Authority in assessment discussions and before Israeli courts.
