Dror Kedem is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department. Dror has extensive experience in representing corporations and individuals in commercial, corporate, product liability and administrative disputes. Dror routinely appears in courts of all instances, administrative tribunals and arbitrations.

Dror specializes and has years of experience in complex litigation with an emphasis on class action litigation and derivative actions. Dror has been successfully representing leading corporations and individuals in class actions and derivative actions in the areas of banking, antitrust, securities, consumer protection, mass tort and more. Dror was a founding member of the Israeli Bar’s Class Actions Committee.

Dror is also experienced in representing clients before the specialized Israeli Restrictive Trade Practices Tribunal where he combines his legal expertise with his academic and practical background in economics.

Dror was chosen by Forbes Magazine as one of the 10 most promising commercial lawyers in Israel.

During his studies, Dror was a recipient of the Tel Aviv University Rector’s Citation (awarded to two students with the highest grade average out of 1,400 law students).
