Our team

Paul Haimowitz is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Tax Department.

Paul advises clients in a range of U.S. and international tax matters, including M&A, tax structuring, tax due diligence, compensation, and many other tax-related matters.

Prior to joining Meitar, Paul was a Director in Kroll’s Transaction Advisory Services team where he led tax due diligence projects on both buy-side and sell-side covering U.S. tax topics such as federal and state/local income tax, gross receipts taxes, sales taxes, property taxes, payroll taxes and unclaimed property as well as advising clients about a range of tax structuring considerations related to such transactions.

Paul was a senior manager as part of EY Israeli’s U.S. Tax Desk, where he advised clients on U.S. tax issues relevant for multinational companies with operations in the United States and other countries.

Paul was a tax consultant in Deloitte LLP’s New York office, where he advised large international banks with respect to U.S. domestic and cross-border income tax issues as well as advised clients on issues relating to tax information reporting.
