Our team

Assaf Moses is a partner in the firm’s Competition Law department. He advises clients on a wide range of competition law issues, including restrictive arrangements, mergers, abuse of dominant position, and representation in criminal and civil proceedings.

Assaf joined the firm in 2025. Prior to joining, he served as Senior Deputy Legal Counsel at the Israel Competition Authority and as Director of the Criminal Department. In this capacity, he was a member of the extended management team and actively participated in shaping criminal and civil enforcement policies. Assaf was also one of the Authority’s key representatives at professional conferences and international forums.

During his tenure at the Authority, he managed and led all significant criminal cases in the decade preceding his move to the firm, as well as complex and economically significant merger cases. Additionally, he initiated and promoted various legislative processes on behalf of the Competition Authority and appeared before several Knesset committees.

Assaf has extensive experience appearing before the Supreme Court in complex economic cases, resulting in precedent-setting rulings on a variety of competition law issues and economic enforcement in general.

In addition to his professional activities, Assaf has lectured in competition law courses at the Hebrew University and Bar-Ilan University, bringing his rich academic and practical knowledge to benefit the firm’s clients.
