Ayelet Totah is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group.

Ayelet advises Hi-Tech companies in all stages: from new Start-Ups to international organizations, as well as venture capital and private equity funds. She represents clients in a wide variety of international and domestic corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments and equity financings. In addition, Ayelet provides ongoing legal consultation to clients on Israeli corporate and securities law.
