Daniel Shevtsov is an associate in the firm’s Employment and Benefits Department.
Daniel specializes in providing ongoing legal advice to clients on a wide range of labor and employment matters, including advising large and complex employers, advising an employer with thousands of unionized employees, managing labor relations and leading legal strategy in collective bargaining processes, and advising HR teams and senior officials in government ministries on complex labor and regulatory matters.
Alongside his advisory work, Daniel also handles litigation in a variety of forums, including labor courts and administrative courts, as well as criminal proceedings, including case management, drafting pleadings and motions, oral advocacy and court appearances, and negotiating settlement agreements. This combination enables him to provide his clients with precise, practical, results-oriented legal solutions.
In addition, as part of his academic activity, Daniel served as a teaching assistant for the Labor Law course at Tel Aviv University under Prof. Guy Mundlak.
