Dan Shamgar is a leading partner in Meitar’s Corporate and Securities Group and is an internationally recognized corporate and securities attorney. Dan’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and investments in a wide variety of industries. Dan has extensive experience in structuring and leading cross-border transactions, representing both domestic and multinational corporations with particular focus on the hi-tech sector.
Dan advises senior management of publicly traded and private companies in strategic decision-making situations and counsels on corporate governance, shareholder affairs and securities matters.
Dan represents issuers and underwriters in public offerings of equity and debt securities in various international markets, primarily the U.S., and advises companies with respect to de-SPAC transactions.
Dan advises both early-stage and mature companies with respect to their global growth strategies, and he represents domestic and foreign investment funds in their investment transactions and fund formation activities.
Dan is ranked by global ranking guides as one of Israel’s leading attorneys in the fields of M&A and capital markets.
