Mona Sbait Khoury is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group.

Mona represents international and Israeli companies, including Hi-Tech companies in all phases of their development, venture capital funds, private equity funds and individual investors in various transactions, including M&A, venture capital, joint ventures and commercial transactions.
Moreover, Mona provides ongoing legal advice to clients on Israeli corporate and securities law.
