Idan Rosenblum is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Department.
Idan advises Israeli public and private companies, including companies with international operations, on a broad range of corporate and securities law matters. In this capacity, Idan regularly advises companies whose securities trade in the United States and report to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), as well as dual-listed companies, on their disclosure obligations, corporate governance, and shareholder matters. Idan also represents clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions (M&A), equity and debt financing, and securities offerings, including private placements and initial public offerings (IPOs).
