Adi Rosen Cohen is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Employment & Benefits Group.

Adi specializes in providing on-going consultation to clients on a wide range of labor and employment law matters including employment agreements, consultancy agreements, service agreements, employee rights and employment conditions, special compensation and retirement packages to employees, and various issues regarding the termination of employment. Adi also represents clients in corporate and commercial transactions including mergers and acquisitions.
