Sivan Ramot is a partner in Meitar’s Litigation Department, with over 20 years of experience advising and representing clients in complex commercial disputes. Known for her strategic thinking, depth of analysis, and proactive approach, Sivan not only leads clients through high-stakes litigation, but also helps them mitigate legal risk and prevent disputes before they arise.

Her practice focuses on corporate and shareholder disputes, directors’ liability, contractual claims, class actions, white-collar matters, and environmental litigation—both civil and criminal.

Sivan previously clerked at the Israeli Ministry of Justice (Deputy Attorney General for International Affairs) and served as a teaching assistant at Tel Aviv University.

She is currently a member of the “AI in the Legal World” Committee of the Israeli Bar.
