Sivan specializes in labor law and litigation and represents clients in procedures related to various regulatory entities, and in arbitration, mediation, and employment termination proceedings.

In addition, Sivan advises the firm’s clients on ongoing employment matters including termination, employment agreements, consultancy agreements, service agreements, employee rights, and employment conditions, prevention of sexual harassment.
