Abigail represents a diverse range of clients in various technology-related transactions, focusing on the commercialization of intellectual property and addressing ongoing commercial needs in intellectual property, open source, privacy, trademarks and copyrights. Abigail’s practice focusses on collaborating with start-ups and has extensive experience in a wide variety of IP transactions, including licensing, information technology, research and development, manufacturing, distribution and sales.

Abigail’s expertise extends to advising clients on intellectual property and open source software issues in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and financing transactions. Abigail is known for her strategic approach, guiding clients from the initial stages of formulating strategy through structuring, negotiating, drafting, and finalizing high-profile commercial transactions with both Israeli and multinational companies.
