Dor Levinson is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Department.
Dor represents international and Israeli companies in all stages of their development, as well as venture capital funds, private equity funds, and individual entrepreneurs in international and domestic transactions, including M&A transactions, debt and equity financings, joint ventures, strategic collaborations, and technology-related and commercial transactions. In addition, Dor provides ongoing legal advice on corporate and securities matters.
