Our team

Dan Kahane is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Department.
Dan advises clients on an ongoing basis in connection with a wide range of corporate and securities law matters, including corporate governance implementation, company secretarial work, advising company management on decision-making processes, and advising on transactions and equity and debt offerings on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
As part of his studies, Dan completed a semester at Cornell University in the United States.
Prior to joining Meitar, Dan worked as an attorney in the field of corporate and securities law.
