Daniel Greenwald is a Partner in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Department.

Daniel represents public and private companies in a broad range of international and domestic corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments, and joint ventures. Daniel also provides ongoing legal advice to companies regarding corporate and commercial matters.

Prior to joining Meitar in 2019, Daniel worked as an associate in the New York offices of Ropes & Gray LLP and Paul Hastings LLP.

Daniel graduated from Columbia Law School in 2012, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
