Our team

Daniel Greenwald is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group.

Daniel represents public and private companies in a broad range of commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures, and investment fund formation.

Daniel graduated from Columbia Law School in 2012, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.

Prior to joining Meitar in 2019, Daniel worked as an associate in the New York office of Ropes & Gray LLP.  Prior to that, Daniel worked at the New York office of Paul Hastings LLP.
