Yonah Goldschmidt, who is admitted in the state of New York, is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Department.
Yonah advises sponsors on the formation and operation of private investment funds and represents institutional investors in connection with investments in private equity, venture capital, and other alternative investment funds. Yonah’s practice includes advising on fund structuring, fundraising, governance, and ongoing operational matters, as well as negotiation with counterparties on fund documentation and investment terms. Prior to joining Meitar, Yonah worked as an associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York for five years, where he advised some of the world’s largest private equity sponsors.
