Nicole Denise Feld is a partner in the firm’s Technology and Intellectual Property Group.

Nicole regularly provides advice to companies of all sizes, including multinational corporations, startups and emerging growth companies on privacy and data protection matters and compliance, artificial intelligence, e-commerce, technology and data regulations, innovative data uses, contract law, intellectual property and copyright matters.

Nicole offers comprehensive guidance to clients navigating the complex digital landscape, providing practical, risk-based solutions  balancing legal obligations with business goals. Nicole’s expertise extends to supporting companies throughout corporate transactions.

Before joining the firm, Nicole acquired extensive experience in Argentina in antitrust law matters,  working on major complex transactions, antitrust investigations and merger control filings in Argentina across a wide range of industries, including IT, pharma and farming industries, oil-related services and vehicle manufacturing markets, among many others. In addition, Nicole has experience in litigation related to consumer protection matters and class actions.
