Israel Feffer is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Group. He represents clients in litigation matters in a number of fields, including corporate law, real estate, commercial disputes, contracts, securities, labor, class actions, family law-related disputes, administrative law and environmental law, as well as liquidation and receivership (insolvency proceedings). Israel handles litigation cases in a multitude of legal forums, including all Israeli courts (the Supreme Court, the National Labor Court, the Family Court, the Economics Department of the District Court) and represents clients in appellate committees, mediation and arbitration proceedings.

Israel has handled various shareholder disputes and represented shareholders and creditors in receivership proceedings and corporate workout plans. Israel served as a court-appointed receiver in various cases, both with respect to companies in distress and realization of assets.

Amdocs, Bank Hapoalim, Aurec Group, Zap Group, Osher Ad, Bitan Wines, largest construction companies in the market, local authorities, the Underwater Observatory Park, Space IL, chair of the board of directors of the Bank of North America (preliminary settlement), Naimi Group, receivership and insolvency proceedings, inter alia, in the acquisition of Mega, Better Place, Inc., Foxcom Wireless and more, officer appointments in such organizations as Bank Hapoalim and the Rishon Le-Zion Municipality, representation in the high tech companies recovery programs (among others), representation in commercial arbitration proceedings and representation of other private and public entities.
