Itay Drechsler is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Group.

Itay specializes in urban renewal projects, including TAMA 38 and large-scale, complex residential reconstruction (pinui-binui) projects. Itay advises the Firm’s clients in all the stages of a project – from the initial planning and organization stages, through negotiations and the drafting of agreements with apartment owners and other stakeholders, addressing planning and permitting matters and structuring the commercial framework, and through to the construction phase, occupancy and registration.

Itay represents a wide range of clients, including leading developers, public companies, authorities and private clients, in projects and transactions across Israel, with a particular focus on Tel Aviv and the Greater Tel Aviv area.

In addition, Itay advises on commercial real estate transactions and complex agreements, including the acquisition and sale of real estate assets, income-producing properties and land, combination transactions, lease and sale agreements, as well as real estate finance and lending agreements and construction and contractor agreements. Itay has significant experience working with governmental and regulatory bodies in the real estate sector, primarily the Israel Lands Authority, and represents clients in the agricultural sector, including in the purchase and sale of agricultural holdings (nahalot).
