Ali has extensive experience in complex litigation cases in various fields of law, including Hi-Tech related litigation, shareholders disputes, claims against corporate officers, contractual disputes, class actions, administrative law and communication.

• Representing a Ukrainian citizen, the former controlling shareholder of the biggest commercial bank in Ukraine, in a USD 600 million claim filed against him by the bank in Israel.
• Representing an Israeli prominent institution in a NIS 1.2 billion claim filed against the Israeli Land Authority.
• Representing an Israeli real-estate company in a multimillion USD dispute with a public traded company.
• Representation of the controlling shareholders of an Israeli Hi-Tech company with respect to a contractual dispute regarding an agreement to allocate shares to a third party.
• Representing one of Israel’s most prominent Hi-Tech companies in a multimillion USD dispute with respect to the granting of options to one of its consultants.
