Neta Brenner is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group.
Neta represents private and publicly traded companies in diverse corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, joint ventures and strategic collaborations. Neta advises startups in all stages of growth on corporate and commercial matters.
In addition to her practice at the firm, Neta worked at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York.
