Nathalie Anvar Hammer is a partner in the firm’s Taxation Group.

With a strong focus on both international and domestic transactions, Nathalie provides strategic guidance to clients across a wide spectrum of financial activities, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and equity-based plans. Her expertise extends to handling tax rulings from the Israel Tax Authority, where she effectively resolves a variety of intricate tax matters. Whether it’s guiding corporations through complex transactions or providing sound tax advice, Nathalie consistently delivers exceptional results and fosters long-term client relationships based on trust and integrity

Prior to joining Meitar, Nathalie was a senior accountant at the Tax Department of Somekh Chaikin, Certified Public Accountants. Her experience in this role equipped her with a deep understanding of the practical aspects of tax accounting and further solidified her reputation as a trusted advisor in the field.
